Shed delivery and install
We assign a set delivery window and coordinate directly with you. A typical delivery takes about 30 minutes.
Keep the access path clear and staged, and we’ll arrive, level, and secure your building quickly and safely.
Site Prep
Prep the drop-off area in advance and mark obstacles before our team arrives.
If you have low overhead utilities, steep access, or unusual setbacks, tell us before scheduling.
There will be a set delivery window and we’ll update you if it changes.
Preparation checklist
- Path to the placement area is at least 2’ wider than the shed footprint
- Low tree limbs cleared before the crew arrives
- Area cleared of debris, including animal waste
- Driveway and parking vehicles moved out of the way
- Low hanging power lines called out ahead of time
- Placement corners staked out and setback marks visible
- Any ramp requirement identified before unloading
- Hidden obstacles (sprinklers, wells, septic) marked clearly
- Payment completed at delivery
Site prep is not mandatory when the area is within 8″ of level and naturally dry, but we strongly recommend it for stability.
Why prepare:
- Improved drainage when crushed stone allows water to flow
- Even support and weight distribution across the footprint
- Affordable and durable foundation support compared with full concrete
We usually recommend a 6″ crushed stone base at least 2 feet wider than the building footprint in each direction.
- Assess access route, truck/trailer clearance, and obstructions
- Measure length, width, height, and overhangs at the current and destination sites
- Take photos from multiple angles of the structure and both locations
- Send a summary with photos and measurements to confirm the move scope
